This policy covers the Ditmore Vending mobile app and the website at ditmoreenterprise.com, both operated by Ditmore Enterprise LLC in El Paso, Texas.
The short version: the Ditmore Vending app does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. Anything the app saves stays on your device.
The app saves a small amount of information locally on your phone so it works the way you expect:
This information never leaves your device. We cannot see it. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
The app makes two kinds of outbound requests:
Training lessons are stored inside the app and work with no connection at all.
Some training lessons may play video hosted on YouTube. When a video is played, YouTube receives the request and applies its own privacy practices. We use privacy-enhanced embedding. See Google's privacy policy for details. Lessons without video make no third-party requests.
People who service machines for us use a separate inventory system, accessed through the Route tab. That system records work activity such as restock records, photos taken to confirm a job, inventory counts, and job assignments. This is business record keeping for work performed under contract with us, and it is retained for as long as needed for operations, payment, and tax purposes. It is not sold or shared except where required by law.
This app is a workplace tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
ditmoreenterprise.com is hosted by Netlify and uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand traffic and the performance of advertising. If you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide so we can respond about vending services. Those details are not sold.
Because the app collects nothing, there is nothing to request or delete from us. To clear what the app has saved on your phone, uninstall it. For questions about information held in the route system, or about a contact form submission, email us and we will respond.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes affecting app users will be noted in the app.
