Ditmore Enterprise LLC (“Ditmore,” “we,” “us”) places and services vending machines for businesses in El Paso and Eagle Pass, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
When you submit the contact form on our website or contact us directly, we collect your name, business name, business address, phone number, and email address. We use this only to respond to your request, evaluate the location, and, if we proceed, to administer the placement agreement.
If you work with us servicing machines, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, assigned service locations, and the payment handle you ask us to pay you through. We use this to assign work, notify you when a job is available, and pay you.
Our machines record sales transactions through the payment terminal. We receive product, price, date, and payment-type information. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers; card processing is handled by our payment provider.
When a machine is serviced, we record the time, who serviced it, the stock levels entered, and a photograph of the machine taken by the person servicing it.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties. No mobile information collected for SMS is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number for this purpose — primarily contractors who service our machines, and location contacts who ask to be reached by text. Messages relate to available service jobs, scheduling, and account matters. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Opting out of text messages does not end any agreement you have with us; we will reach you by phone or email instead.

We keep business and contractor records for as long as the relationship continues, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a placement are kept no longer than two years.
Account access to our management software is password protected and limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Contact us using the details below.
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
